The principles of a clinical approach to physical rehabilitation need not be complex, vague or trivial. When the NeuroGym® approach to neurological rehabilitation was first developed in the mid 1980’s, the use of intensive, active and, what we now term ‘goal-oriented’ movement was rare, as was the use of technology built specifically for neuro-rehab.
